The members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment are appointed to a three-year term by the Board of Selectmen. Meetings are held at the Town Hall on the third Tuesday of each month. Deliberations are guided by the Master Plan in accordance with the Rules of Procedure. "To a large extent, the success or failure of zoning administration rests on the proper exercise
