The Selectmen meet at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month and at 8:30 AM every Friday. Additional meetings are scheduled and posted as needed. Legal Holidays may require an occasional variation from this schedule.

"The selectmen shall manage the prudential affairs of the town and perform the duties by law prescribed. A majority of the selectmen shall be competent in all cases."

NH RSA 41:8

"All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive."

NH Constitution Article 8

"The warrant is a sort of agenda for the town meeting, which is posted two weeks in advance by the selectmen. In most towns it's also printed in the town report, published before the annual town meeting. The requirement that all subject matter must be stated in the warrant (RSA 39:2) keeps the meeting orderly, prevents surprise, and lets voters who might otherwise stay home know that some topic of interest to them is coming up for discussion and possible action."
