Whereas RSA 91:A has been amended to allow municipal websites to be used as one of the two places for publicly posting notice of meetings, Madbury has not adopted such a procedure for its website. Official notices are still posted at the Town Hall and kiosks. Selected notices of wide audience appeal are posted here for convenience.

Zoning Changes Proposed
The Madbury Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, 4 January 2015, wherein the members discussed proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinances which are scheduled to appear on the Warrant at the 2017 Town Meeting. Proposed changes to the Subdivision Regulations and Site Plan Regulations were reviewed as well, but these changes will not appear on the Warrant.

Items reviewed included:
1. Remove References to Fees (ZO,SR,SPR);
2. Update Text for Accessory Apartments (ZO);
3. Resolve Site Plan Review Requirements (ZO);
4. Update Text for Agritourism (ZO,SPR);
5. Update Text for Redundant Statements (ZO).
